DigiDonk helps small businesses, organisations, and individuals get more from their systems and digital tools — without the stress.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in tech and systems as a Software Engineer, I offer practical support to small businesses and organisations to help you identify improvements, find the right tools and get them working for you not against you. I'll work with third parties on your behalf to get things set up should you need it, and make sense of things like AI and automation.

For individuals I help you to achieve whatever you are looking to achieve on your computers, tablets and phones. Providing 1:1 guidance or delivering to your instruction.

All of my service offerings come with a level of follow-up support appropriate to the service you buy. I also offer ongoing support packages and short term contracts charged by the hour should you wish to have access to the services I offer under DigiDonks on a more fluid and/or longer term basis.
